At Sushi Supply, I managed social media strategies for their QSR brand, running regional campaigns to drive customer engagement and foot traffic. During COVID, I designed the UX for their To-Go and online ordering menus, significantly boosting sales and operational efficiency. My efforts contributed to the brand’s growth, leading to the opening of two new locations in Hamburg. This experience sparked my passion for food content creation, which I continue to explore through my food vlogging on Instagram at @Surjya_eats.
